ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding level product engineering role on a small, fast moving team building an AI phone assistant for SMEs across Europe. You will sit in the Engineering team and take end to end ownership of features, from early hypothesis through production, with real influence over product direction and architecture. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own features end to end, from discovery and prototyping through to production release. Lead product discovery by forming and testing hypotheses through rapid, lightweight experiments. Maintain close contact with customers, partners, and Sales to surface and prioritize real pain points. Design and implement tracking to gather the metrics needed for data driven iteration. Build across the full stack, driving architecture decisions and seeing them through to release. Balance pragmatic short term validation with longer term scalability in every solution. Take radical ownership of initiatives and move them forward autonomously. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR At least 3 years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end in a startup environment. Strong full stack proficiency across Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React. Proven ability
