Be able to work on tasks/projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Must comply with all safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Work shift coverage with major repair skills on all production equipment. • Responsible for documenting all work performed and maintenance work orders MWO’s where necessary. • Work with other maintenance, process and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem solving of equipment and production issues. • Monitors parts usage and inventory; ensures efficient utilization of materials to minimize waste and production downtime utilizing MRO/JDE/Maintain X • Able to fabricate most needed parts or structures using in house equipment. • Responsible for effectiveness of Planned Maintenance Programs on equipment • Lead and organize inside and outside resources to implement projects
