ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high impact role at the center of a strategic shift toward an AI first operating model, sitting within a small, focused team rebuilding core business operations around AI. You will move the organization away from manual processes and third party tools toward an owned, intelligent platform, serving a broad client base across diverse industries. WHAT YOU'LL DO Identify critical operational problems, design solutions, and prototype them using AI tools against real world data. Collaborate closely with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable, scalable systems. Define measurable metrics for complex operational issues and develop AI driven solutions to address them. Own the development of a sophisticated decision engine, replacing vendor reporting with a tailored internal platform serving varied user needs. Drive product judgment for closed loop attribution systems that connect client actions to revenue outcomes. Navigate the complexity of building a single platform that serves multiple distinct business units and industries. Report directly to senior product and technology leadership, with a clear escalation path for high stakes decisions. WHAT WE'RE
